The design of the water supply service line and water meter for each facility shall be of undiminished size from the street main to and including the curb stop. The meter and the service line shall be sized and proportioned to the design of a water supply for each facility. It shall be the responsibility of the developer in accordance with the City of Oxford water supply specifications to provide, on all floors, at all times, an ample and equitable distribution of water supply for the greatest probable number of fixtures or appliance units operating simultaneously.
