921.04 COLLECTION AND FUND CONTROL BY FINANCE DIRECTOR.

The collection and custody of water fees and other charges relating to the supply of water by the City and the disbursement thereof shall be under the supervision and shall be the responsibility of the Finance Director. (Ord. 3260. Passed 12-17-13.)
