739.10 APPEAL FROM REVOCATION OF ALARM USER PERMIT.

Any apeal from a decision of the joint Chiefs regarding the revocation of an alarm user permit and order to disconnect shall be made to the Director of Public Safety. The Public Safety Director Shall proceed according to Section 739.07.
