There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, 2004 Edition, including, Appendix G Swimming Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs and all such amendments, changes and replacements as are from time to time adopted, for the purpose of regulating the construction, alteration, addition, repair, installation, removal, demolition, use, location, occupancy of every residential building or structure, any appurtenances connected or attached to such building, or structure, or any accessory structure.
