1501.01 ADOPTION.

   (a)   The City Manager and Fire Chief recommend Council adopt on behalf of the City of Oxford the Ohio Fire Code. Further, the recommendation is that all amendments, changes and replacements as are from time to time adopted, be automatically adopted as the Ohio Fire Code of the City of Oxford. The adoption of this Code will allow the implementation of the nationally recognized fire code in the City of Oxford.

   (b)   Council having received and considered the recommendation of the City Manager and the Fire Chief hereby repeals 1501.01 Ohio Fire Code and adopts new Chapter 1501.01 Ohio Fire Code.
