Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or the provision of any code adopted or to be complied with, or any order issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor for the first offense, a third degree misdemeanor for the second offense, and a second degree misdemeanor for three or more offenses. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
