1303.02 CONFLICT OF LAWS; GREATER RESTRICTION TO PREVAIL.

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of any code adopted or to be complied with as referenced in this chapter and the provisions of any other City ordinance, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
