(A) In order to ensure that any connection made to the utility meets sanitary engineering design criteria, the owner shall employ a registered engineer to supply the utility with the following:
(1) Detailed construction drawings;
(2) Resident inspection during construction;
(3) Certification that connection has been made in accordance with plans and specifications as originally submitted to the utility and according to requirements as outlined herein;
(4) A set of "as-built" drawings.
