(A) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 50.998, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 and not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each day in which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage suffered by the city by reason of the violation.
