Any owner who wishes to connect to the utility shall make application to the utility. Application forms may be obtained at City Hall. All information requested on the application form must be supplied. Submittal of the application shall be made with payment of fees as set forth in the utility's rate ordinance. The applicant will be notified in writing of the utility's determination.
