The following occupational and unloading licenses shall be for the calendar year, unless otherwise stated.

Landlord: All landlords renting or leasing for monetary or in-kind compensation shall be assessed in accordance to the number of rental units that he or she has available for lease as of January 1 each year in accordance with the following schedule: | |

The following shall not be considered merchants for the purpose of this chapter and shall be assessed $20: Live bait sales, knitting room, training or instructional courses. | |
Any business not included in a classification under this chapter shall be assessed at the rate of $50 per year until this chapter may be amended. | |
In the event any portion or classification herein shall be deemed unconstitutional or unenforceable, the remaining portions and classifications shall remain in force. | |
