§ 152.06 REMOVAL OF SIGNS.
   Upon violation of any part of this chapter, the Mayor may in writing notify the person, firm or corporation constructing, erecting, posting, placing, hanging, displaying or maintaining such billboard, signboard, sign, banner, poster or advertisement, or upon whose property it is situated, to remove or improve same within three hours; or, with or without notice, if danger be imminent, or decency or public morals be involved, may direct the Chief of Police to cause same to be summarily removed.
