(A) Mobile homes or trailers shall not be brought into the city and placed on any lot or public way therein for residential use or other purposes, unless located within an approved mobile home park under valid permit from the state’s Department of Health. This does not prohibit temporary parking of a trailer, nor the bringing into the city of tuberculosis testing trailers, bookmobiles or other similar units.
(B) Trailers and mobile homes may be located and maintained within the city limits if located on publicly-owned property other than streets or alleys.
