§ 116.01 YARD SALES.
   (A)   Conditions of yard sales. No person shall conduct, advertise or promote any sale regulated by this section.
      (1)   No signs advertising a sale regulated by this section shall be placed on public property or on private property without consent of the owner. Within 24 hours after the conclusion of a sale, all signs shall be removed.
      (2)   Each location/property is limited to two different yard sales per year, lasting no more than three consecutive days. There shall be no occupational license issued for the purpose of having more than two yard sales per year.
      (3)   All yard sales shall be on the owner’s property, and only the property owner or tenant shall conduct a yard sale on that property. Multi-family sales will be permitted.
   (B)   Exemptions.
      (1)   Non-profit organizations/clubs shall be exempt from this section.
      (2)   The U.S. Route 127 yard sale shall be exempt from this section.
