Individuals who are licensed under state law to engage in or practice a profession, business, trade or other occupation, who are shareholders of corporations qualified as subchapter S or professional service corporations, and who provide services for said entities within the city shall be subject to payment of the license fee based on their salary or other distribution from said corporation for services provided.
