§ 94.07 ADMINISTERING AGENCY.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform, city-wide program for protection of the environment from uncontrolled releases of hazardous materials to be administered by existing agencies of local government. The office of disaster and emergency services shall be the lead agency in administering this chapter.
