§ 91.15 ZONING CODE.

   (A)   Adoption. The city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, as if produced herein in full, the zoning ordinances adopted by the city (see Chapter 154 of this code) and all amendments thereto approved by the city. A copy of the zoning ordinance is filed in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   Abatement; penalties; enforcement. The regulations of the zoning ordinance shall be enforced within the city through imposition of civil penalties as set out in §§ 91.50 through 91.53 of this code.
