§ 91.03 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. The administrative body set forth in §§ 36.105 through 36.115 of this code.

   CODE OFFICIAL. A code enforcement officer.

   NOTICE OF VIOLATION. Written notification to a person violating a specified city ordinance providing the violator with an opportunity to cure the violation.
