§ 50.04 RESTRICTIONS ON AMENDMENTS TO THIS CHAPTER.
   This chapter shall not be amended without the permission of the Farmers Home Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture (the “FmHA”), as long as the FmHA is the owner or insurer of any bonds issued by the city and payable from the revenues of the system.
