§ 37.37 EXONERATIONS.
   (A)   Before a sale of tax claims, the Tax Collector may produce to the City Council a list of such taxes as he or she regards erroneous or uncollectible.
   (B)   The City Council may exonerate him or her from collection of any such claims deemed erroneous or uncollectible in its judgment.
