§ 37.16 PAYMENT BY ANOTHER AT OWNER’S REQUEST.
   Between the due date and day of sale, the Tax Collector may receive payment of a tax, upon the written request of the owner or person liable, from any other person and issue certificates of transfer as provided for by KRS 134.121.
