§ 36.108 MEETINGS; ORGANIZATION OF BOARD.
   (A)   Meetings.
      (1)   The Code Enforcement Board meetings shall be held as necessary to enforce all civil offenses.
      (2)   The Mayor may assign a monthly date and time for the Code Enforcement Board to meet on a routine basis, or meetings may be scheduled as required by the business of the Code Enforcement Board.
   (B)   Organization of the Board.
      (1)   The Mayor shall appoint a Chairperson for the Code Enforcement Board. The Chairperson shall be the presiding officer and a full voting member of the Code Enforcement Board.
      (2)   An affirmative vote of a majority of a quorum of the Code Enforcement Board shall be necessary for any official action to be taken.
      (3)   Minutes shall be kept for all proceedings of the Code Enforcement Board and the vote of each member on any issue decided by the Code Enforcement Board shall be recorded in the minutes.
