§ 151.025 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No certificate of occupancy for any structure erected, altered or repaired, after the effective date of this Code, shall be issued unless such structure was erected, altered or repaired in compliance with the provisions of this Code. It shall be unlawful to occupy any such structure unless a full, partial or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Commissioner.
