(A) The County Health Department is hereby authorized to charge a fee of $65 for the installation of new septic systems and septic system repairs.
(B) There is hereby created the installation and repair fee into which fees collected by the County Health Department from business and citizens installing or repairing septic systems.
(C) (1) Collection of fees. The County Health Department shall collect such fees established as a part of § 52.07.
(2) Accounting of fees. All fees collected by the County Health Department shall be accounted for in detail for each program service area.
(3) Disposition of fees. All fees collected by the County Health Department shall be transferred to the County Health Fund. The monies collected in accord with the provisions of this section shall be used only for the maintenance or future expansion of the specific program services from which they are derived.
