(A) All fees mandated by this subchapter shall be collected by the Health Officer and shall be receipted monthly into the county treasury and be credited to the County Health Fund for services rendered in administration and enforcing this subchapter and rules and regulations adopted hereunder.
(B) Any registration issued under this subchapter may be temporarily suspended by the Health Officer without notice or hearing for a period not to exceed 30 days for interference with the Health Officer or any of his or her authorized representatives in the performance of their duties.
(C) Any person whose registration has been suspended may at any time make application to the Health Officer for the reinstatement of his or her registration.
