(A) The County Health Department is hereby authorized to collect a fee of $65 for the inspection of existing septic systems for the purpose of mortgage requirements, building permits, buyer requests and other considerations.
(B) There is hereby created the on-site inspection fee into which fees collected by the County Health Department from business and citizens for the inspection of existing septic systems
(C) (1) Collection of fees. The County Health Department shall collect such fees established as a part of § 52.07.
(2) Accounting for fees. All fees collected by the County Health Department shall be accounted for in detail for such program service area.
(3) Disposition of fees. All fees collected by the County Health Department shall be transferred to the County Health Fund. The monies collected in accord with the provisions of this section shall be used only for the maintenance or future expansion of the specific program services from which they are derived.
