§ 30.020 TITLE AND PURPOSE.
   Sections 30.020 through 30.022 are entitled the “Owen County Claims Procedure Ordinance”. The purpose of §§ 30.020 through 30.022 is to authorize a procedure for the approval of financial claims against the county that are in the nature of bills and vouchers.
