§ 155.106 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
   The Planning Commission may exempt the subdivider from complying with some of the requirements of §§ 155.027 and 155.028 of this chapter when the subdivider is developing the property as a planned unit development under Ord. 827.
