§ 155.088 ENGINEERING AND DESIGN OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   Engineering and design of streets, alleys, curb and gutter, water lines, storm sewer, sump pump lines and sanitary sewer facilities and the preparation of construction plans for these improvements shall be the responsibility of the City Engineer or his or her designee. The subdivider may do the engineering and designs of such improvements at the subdivider’s expense upon approval of the City Engineer. If these services are provided by the city, they shall be provided at the subdivider’s expense at a rate to be determined by the City Council from time to time with payment to be made as part of the assessed costs of improvements or as provided for in the agreement, whichever is applicable.
