§ 155.074 WATER, GAS AND ELECTRIC SERVICE.
   Plans for water, gas and electric power facilities shall be discussed with the city’s public utilities. The city’s public utilities shall indicate its approval of the plat before the City Council will issue a final plat approval. Financing arrangements, sizing and location will be determined by the city’s public utilities.
