(A) Provided for utilities. Easements shall be provided as required by the city’s public utilities and the City Engineer.
(B) Provided for drainage. Easements shall be provided along each side of the centerline of any watercourse or drainage channel to a width sufficient to provide proper maintenance and protection and to provide for storm water runoff and installation and maintenance of storm sewers, and they shall be dedicated to the city by appropriate language in the owner’s certificate. Additional easements may also be required for other drainage ways and storm water storage areas identified as part of the approved storm water management plan for the development.
