§ 155.030 FINAL PLAT; NECESSARY DATA.

   (A)   The final plat shall be prepared by a land surveyor who is registered in the state and shall conform to all state and county requirements and the requirements of §§ 155.028(C), (D)(1), (E)(1), (E)(2) and (E)(3) and 155.031 of this chapter.

   (B)   The final plat must be accompanied by the following:

      (1)   Any covenants or deed restrictions as required by the city;

      (2)   Approval from the city’s public utilities indicating the utilities’ ability to service the plat and the adequacy of utility easements provided; and

      (3)   A written report from the City Attorney confirming accuracy of title abstract or certificate of torrens.
