(B) The final plat must be accompanied by the following:
(1) Any covenants or deed restrictions as required by the city;
(2) Approval from the city’s public utilities indicating the utilities’ ability to service the plat and the adequacy of utility easements provided; and
(3) A written report from the City Attorney confirming accuracy of title abstract or certificate of torrens.
