§ 154.130 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

A Zoning Administrator or other official designated by the governing body shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of fire provisions of this chapter the Zoning Administrator shall notify the person responsible for such violation in accordance with the procedures stated in § 154.999 of this chapter.
