§ 154.070 PERMISSIBLE USES.
   (A)   The uses listed in § 154.040 of this chapter shall be permitted uses.
   (B)   All other uses shall be subject to the floodway/flood fringe evaluation criteria pursuant to § 154.071 of this chapter. Sections 154.040 through 154.043 of this chapter shall apply if the proposed use is in the Floodway District and §§ 154.055 through 154.059 of this chapter shall apply if the proposed use is in the Flood Fringe District.
