For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
UNCLAIMED PERSONAL PROPERTY. Any personal property stolen and recovered, abandoned, confiscated, found or otherwise lawfully acquired by the city, including, but not limited to, bicycles, or parts thereof or machinery or parts thereof, and money.
