The Official Floodplain Zoning Map together with all materials attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Official Floodplain Zoning Map shall be comprised of Flood Insurance Rate Map panels for Steele County, Minnesota And Incorporated Areas numbered 27147C0043C, 27147C0044C, 27147C0063C, 27147C0132C, 27147C0135C, 27147C0142C, 27147C0151C, 27147C0152C, 27147C01S3C, 27147C0154C, 27147C0156C, 27147C0158C, 27147C0161C and 27147C0165C, all dated 12-2-2011 and prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The materials attached to the Official Floodplain Zoning Map shall include the Flood Insurance Study, Steele County, Minnesota, and incorporated areas dated 12-2-2011 and prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Official Floodplain Zoning Map shall be on file in the offices of the City Administrator and the Zoning Administrator.
