All signs must comply with the following regulations concerning business signs.
(A) Freestanding signs.
(1) One freestanding sign per property.
(2) Such sign shall not exceed 50 square feet in area.
(3) Such sign shall not exceed 20 feet in height.
(4) Post for such sign shall be at least five feet from all property lines with no portion of the sign projecting over property lines.
(B) Wall signs.
(1) Such signs shall not exceed 50 square feet per business.
(2) Such signs shall not extend higher than top of parapet wall.
