§ 153.04 REFERENCE TO ZONING ORDINANCE.
   (A)   The zoning districts referred to in this chapter shall be the zoning districts as established in Ord. 827 and as indicated on the “Zoning Map of Owatonna”, as established by Ord. 827.
   (B)   Furthermore, the procedures and standards for reviewing and granting conditional uses under this chapter shall be those procedures, requirements and standards as provided for in Ord. 827, codified as Ch. 157 herein.
