(A) The Chief of the Fire Department serving the city or the Chief’s representatives are authorized to administer and enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) The Chief of the Fire Department may detail such members of the Fire Department as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
