Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a penal offense and, upon conviction thereof, in addition to fine or imprisonment or both, any weapons used or carried and the carcass of any bird or animal taken shall be seized and impounded and destroyed or otherwise disposed of on order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
