(A) No person shall willfully or negligently cut, injure, mar, deface or destroy any shade or ornamental tree, hedge, shrubbery, plant or flower standing and growing in any street, alley, park, school ground, cemetery, jail ground or other public place within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) No person shall willfully, carelessly or negligently cut, injure, mar or deface any walk, sidewalk, other public property, in any alley, street, park, school ground, cemetery or other public place within the corporate limits of the city.
