(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.06 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a penal offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.

(C) Any person convicted of violating any provision of § 130.10 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, plus the cost of prosecution in either case.
