No person who has obtained any such license shall allow his or her name to be used by any other person, either for the purpose of obtaining permits, or doing any work under the license; and every person licensed shall have recorded in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer, his or her place of business and the name under which the business is transacted, and shall immediately notify the City Clerk- Treasurer of any change.
