§ 116.35 EXEMPTION.

The County Free Fair Board shall be exempt from the provisions of this subchapter regulating automobile races, tractor pulls, demolition derbies and other motorist activities of a like nature held at the County Fairgrounds scheduled during the annual County Free Fair.
