§ 116.28 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   (A)   An application for a license to operate automobile races, tractor pulls, demolition derbies or any other motorized activities of a like nature at the County Fairgrounds shall be made by completing an application form provided by and containing such information as required by the City Administrator.
   (B)   The application must be accompanied by a calendar of events planned for the entire year. The applicant must include, but is not limited to, a description of the type of event, the number of anticipated spectators, security measures to be provided by the licensee, whether fireworks will be displayed and any other information deemed by the City Administrator to be reasonably necessary in determining whether or not to grant the license.
