For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. Premises located at 1575 South Elm Avenue, Owatonna, Steele County, Minnesota.
EVENT. Automobile races, tractor pulls, demolition derbies or any other motorized activities of a like nature held at the Steele County Fairgrounds.
