Every licensee shall have in attendance at all such public dances one or more officers of the law designated by the Chief of Police, during all of the time the public dance is being held, and shall pay to the city the cost of said officers for the time beginning one-half hour before the scheduled time of the dance and ending one-half hour after the close of the dance.
