(A) Fees. The annual fee for a liquor license for a special club license and for a special license for Sunday sales shall be in the amounts duly established from time to time by the City Council.
(B) Payment.
(1) Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a receipt from the City Clerk- Treasurer for payment of the prescribed license fee.
(2) All fees shall be paid into the General Fund. If an application for a license is rejected, the Clerk-Treasurer shall refund the amount paid.
