§ 112.27 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   (A)   Any applicant whose application for an adult establishment license is denied, or any licensee whose license is not renewed, revoked or suspended, may appeal such denial, non-renewal revocation or suspension to a court of competent jurisdiction within 30 days after the denial, revocation or suspension of such license.
   (B)   In the case of a non-renewal, suspension or revocation, the non-renewal, suspension or revocation is stayed until the conclusion of such action.
   (C)   In the case of a denial, the applicant may not commence doing business unless the action is concluded in its favor.
