§ 110.10 DUPLICATE AND REPLACEMENT LICENSE PROCEDURE.
   A duplicate license certificate or tag shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer to replace any license certificate or tag previously issued which has been lost, stolen, defaced or destroyed, without any willful conduct on the part of the licensee, upon the filing by the licensee of an affidavit attesting to such fact and paying to the Clerk-Treasurer the required fee.
